Maff started T2B in 2014 as a sole trader and grew it steadily from the ground up, building a trusted team around people he knew, trained and could rely on.
In recent years, Rob joined as a director to help shape the next stage of the business, bringing a strong background in start-ups, operations and growth. Together, they keep T2B hands-on while building the team, systems and standards needed to take on larger projects with confidence.
The company became T2B Property Services Ltd in 2018, built around a simple standard: take pride in the work, stay close to every project, and hold ourselves and our team accountable for the finish.
Today we deliver over 250 projects a year across North & North West London, Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas — from Commercial Fit-Outs and refurbishments to insurance repairs, decorating and licensed waste removal. We work for national brands, insurers, landlords and managing agents, as well as homeowners.
